Buffalo Youth Hockey Association

Step 1:  Obtain a USA hockey member registration number.  Have your credit card ready to pay your USAH membership fee when you register.  Print out your confirmation that shows your registration number.  Then return to this page and proceed to step 2.

Step 2:  Register online with BYHA  (this link will take you to the first page of the registraton session, please read the instructions carefully and then select continue at the bottom of the page to register your players).  All hockey participants must pre-register online.  Please click the "2012-2013 Season Registration" box below. 

Step 3:  Attend one of the document submission sessions below:

               Tuesday,  August 28th, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

               Thursday, September 6th, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

               Thursday, October 4th, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. (New mites and mini-mites only)

               Tuesday, November 20th, 6:30 p.m to 8:00 p.m. (Jr Gold only)

 You must also bring the following to the document submission session:

+ Legible copy of government issued birth certificate (if a new skater or did not skate last year).

+ Completed, signed, and dated Consent to Treat form.

+ Payment for registration, if you did not pay your BYHA registration fees online.  Cash or check only .

+ Volunteer deposit  check of $250 per skater, max. of $500 per family. 

+ Raffle cash or check for tickets to be distributed in December - $125 per skater.
