The Home Tournament Coordinator will be responsible for arranging the details for the BYHA hosted tournaments.

Reports to the Board of Directors on all aspects of player Development and activities of the HOC.

Works in conjunction with the district girls coordinator. Develops a competitive schedule for the BYHA girl's teams.

Responsible for planning skill clinics for skaters and goalies that will ensure BYHA players receive age appropriate skill development both on and off the ice. 

Organizes squirt program, works with the try-out director to manage squirt evaluations, acts as a contact person for parents who have questions about the squirt program. 

This position will help promote the BYHA and will be responsible for finding new players and the retention of the current Mite/Mini players.

This position would source and organize fundraisers for the hockey association. They would work with other departments within the hockey association. 

Responsible for establishing and maintaining the try-out criteria, ensuring the integrity of the try-out process, scheduling try-outs, securing evaluators and on-ice instructors.

Responsible for finding youth coaches at Squirt/10U, Peewee/12U, and Bantam/15U, and Jr. Gold levels. Will be responsible for the district rules implementations.

The BYHA Association is looking for energetic, self-motivated individuals with an outgoing personality, hard work ethic, a clean/neat and professional appearance, and can provide excellent customer service in our Concessions  Stand.

Compensation: $12/hour

Responsible for development of the BYHA Goalies.

Organizes all Mite/Mini-Mite functions and works with the coaching director while maintaining the curriculum set by the BYHA.

Responsible for the organization and execution of the 10,000 Puck Club. Also, will work under the Player Development Co-Coordinators to execute their off-ice training plan.
