This season I would really like to encourage as many kids as possible to try and achieve the 5000 Club. We have made a few adjustments to the 5000 Puck Club in 2017, so there are now 3 different levels of achievement for different levels of activity. The levels are broken down at the end of this article. Off ice training is one area our players can use to really increase their strength, shooting ability, and puck skills. To take part in this you must fill out the linked form each week and turn it into your manager or coach. At the end of the season, the forms are turned into the Player Development representative and prizes are awarded. Players achieving this award will receive products from J&J Athletic with the Buffalo 5000 club logo on it for them to wear proudly. The players names are also displayed on the BYHA website throughout the following season. Please encourage your son or daughter to try to achieve this goal.
Note- You can turn in partially completed sheets to your manager/coach and you can do more than the recommended amounts in a week to catch up (don't forget to note your amounts on the sheet).
Good luck
The 5000 puck club starts as soon as you are assigned to a team and ends roughly the middle of February.
