BYHA Tournament Refund Policy
No Tournament Fee Refunds will be given for cancellations after Oct 1st, 2023 unless a Full Fee Paying Replacement Team is found to play in the tournament.
If a Replacement Team is found, a Tournament Fee Refund will be made, less a $300 Administrative Fee.
Please note: tournament games will run as scheduled despite any snow / weather issues. Please allow for sufficient travel time and let on-site tournament staff know if you have any issues.
