BYHA OPEN Positions 2025-26 Season
BYHA Hockey Director (Paid Leadership Role | Non-Parent)
The Buffalo Youth Hockey Association (BYHA) is seeking a proven hockey leader to serve as our Hockey Director, a paid role with meaningful influence over the direction, development, and competitive standards of one of Minnesota’s strongest youth hockey programs.
This role provides leadership across player development philosophy, coaching standards, tryouts, and program alignment, working in close partnership with the Hockey Operations Committee and Board. The Hockey Director is expected to bring a clear point of view, make objective and player-first decisions, and help elevate consistency and culture across all levels of the association.
The ideal candidate has deep hockey experience, strong communication skills, and the credibility to lead coaches, support families, and guide the long-term vision of BYHA hockey.
