Your SportsEngine user account lets you log in to SportsEngine, giving you access to SportsEngine tools. The Account Guide is an overview of the most common FAQs.

In Depth Guide to Getting Started with SportsEngine

If you are a parent or athlete and are new to SportsEngine, here are some helpful tips to get you started. Also, you can download the Getting Started Guide for Parents and Athletes guide which goes into detail on how to use SportsEngine to manage your player's season.

User Dashboard

The User Dashboard is where you will manage your SportsEngine account. It contains your account settings, notifications, payments and more.

Update Profile Contact Information

Each profile in your account has contact info where team and organization messages will be sent. You can change the profile's contact info to receive messages at a different email address or phone number.

Reset My Login Password

You can change your password in your Dashboard. Under the Settings tab, just click the Reset Password button.

Add Guardians To Your Family Account

Family members of an athlete can be added as Guardians to view the team schedule, RSVP to games and events, message team members, and edit the athlete's profile.

How To Pay a Bill

If you are billed from Powerpay, you will receive an email from your organization requesting payment. To pay, click the link in the email and enter your payment information in the secure payment portal. You can pay your bill by credit card, checking or savings account, or offline by cash or check.

Sharing Invoices with Second Party

Only the primary account email will receive the invoice. You can forward the invoice to someone else to pay it if needed, or change the primary account email.

Notification Settings

Your account notification preferences determine where and from whom you receive messages

Mobile App Notification Settings

Push notifications alert you of upcoming games, events, and team news on your phone through the SportsEngine Mobile App.

Receive Text Messages

Receive messages from your organization through text messages on your phone in addition to emails. You are only able to receive text messages at the one mobile phone number on your account settings page.

Add Additional Contacts to Receive Messages for Skater

Add additional contacts to an athlete's profile to allow other people to receive emails related to the athlete (alternative to linking Guardian account).

Unsuscribe from Notifications (Emails, Texts, RSVPs)

Your account notification preferences determine where and from whom you receive messages.

Using Team Center on Desktop

The Team Center is the desktop hub for your team. From Team Center you can view your schedule, RSVP for upcoming games or events, and see your fellow team members

Bookmark Your Website on Your Mobile Home Screen

Access your website with a single tap from your mobile device’s home screen. ***when on iPhone, tap the box with up arrow on bottom of screen, swipe left on bottom icons, then tap "Add to Home Screen"

RSVP to Game or Event

When your Team Manager or Coach creates a new game or event and invites you, you will be notified of the event. There will be a few different options on how you can RSVP to that event or game as well.

Syncing Calendar to a Smart Phone

View your team or organization calendar while on the go by syncing it to your smart phone.

View Team(s) Schedule on Mobile App

View and filter upcoming games and events for your team(s) from the Schedule tab of the SportsEngine mobile app.

SportsEngine Mobile App

We know your time is precious. The SportsEngine mobile app allows you to manage your schedule, communicate with your coach and other parents, and RSVP to events and games. It also provides features like sharing photos with your team and if you are the designated game day scorer, keep the score up to date in realtime.

Claim a Dib Volunteer Item

By claiming a Dib Item, you are agreeing to volunteer for that shift.
